BIOGRAPHY
Marguerite Kaminski came to the West in 1973 when she entered the Air Force as an officer and a contract negotiator.She is a Vietnam veteran.She has lived in Montana, Utah, Colorado, Montana,Wyoming, New Mexico and Texas. Raised in rural New Hampshire, the fourth child of six children, her mother ran a number of businesses from her home and her father was a sea captain. Marguerite majored in economics and graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1972, cum laude. She spent her senior year abroad studying economics at the University of Salzburg, Austria in German. She spent four years active duty military as an officer and a contract negotiator, and two years reserve as a contract negotiator and educator in contracts. In 1983, she acquired her Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and in 1988 she acquired her Juris Doctorate degree.
 
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
She initiated her practice in 1988 east of Albuquerque in an area known as
the East Mountains. She worksin the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorship, real estate buyer/seller matters, quiet title and boundary/survey problems, and general civil law, incorporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and government contracts. She has practiced in Colorado since 1997, Montana since 1994, and New Mexico since 1988. She also focuses on federal government contracts, marketing, legal and contract expertise. She came to the beautiful Wet Mountain Valley of Westcliffe, Colorado in 1982. She practices primarily in Colorado and Montana.
