The Wet Mountain Valley Community Clinic
 

Clinic staff has been caring for the health of the residents and visitors of the Wet Mountain Valley for more that 30 years.

The Clinic is a freestanding Rural Health Clinic equipped for the provision of Family Practice Services. The Clinic is one entity under the West Custer County Hospital District. A Board of Directors, elected by the citizens of Custer county oversees District operations.

Mission

It is the mission of the West Custer County Hospital District to provide, in a timely and compassionate manner to all patients requesting care, quality and economical health care and twenty-four hour emergency services, consistent with current medical practices at a level comparable to or surpassing other rural communities while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

In keeping with this mission, a high level of competence and professionalism will be maintained by the staff through ongoing education and training.
