Clinic staff has been caring for the health of the residents and visitors of the Wet Mountain Valley for more that 30 years. The Clinic is a freestanding Rural Health Clinic equipped for the provision of Family Practice Services. The Clinic is one entity under the West Custer County Hospital District. A Board of Directors, elected by the citizens of Custer county oversees District operations.

Mission It is the mission of the West Custer County Hospital District to provide, in a timely and compassionate manner to all patients requesting care, quality and economical health care and twenty-four hour emergency services, consistent with current medical practices at a level comparable to or surpassing other rural communities while maintaining fiscal responsibility. In keeping with this mission, a high level of competence and professionalism will be maintained by the staff through ongoing education and training.
